This was my first time buying a brand new car, so I was a bit nervous, but Quincy, Paul and the whole crew at A1 made it such a pleasurable experience. I am so happy that I ended up buying from them and I look forward to the long term relationship I will have bringing my car back for service. A1 has a great way of making the customer feel very comfortable, in a 'no-pressure' environment. Dealerships are not always known for being patient and friendly, but Quincy was beyond patient and extremely knowledgeable. Paul was more than helpful when it came to the financing.
