Never experienced such an unprofessional dealership Called the day before to Find a sales person to schedule to meet with. Showed up he was working 3 cusofmerd ay same time. Had to wait 45 minutes just Called the day before to Find a sales person to schedule to meet with. Showed up he was working 3 cusofmerd ay same time. Had to wait 45 minutes just to see the first car I wanted to look at. Asked if someone else was available and was told “needed permission from currents sales person”. Text drove a 2nd car and asked if it was smoked in as I’m allergic to smoke and cannot buy a car with smoke smell in it. Was told it was just the sales guy who smoked that’s why it smelled that it wasn’t the car. Pointed out a completely bald tire on a 2016 car with less then 30K on it and 4 separate tires. Was told one was going to be replaced but the others were staying. Heard a clicking noise when turning wheel and was told it was break pads that’s all and would be fixed when car was taken home. Was told 2 hours for paperwork and get car ready. Waited 4. Was told another 30 minutes and waited another 2. Walked in the dealership at 10am and did not leave till 6pm. The car was on E. 5 miles left on it. All I could smell was chemicals. Started to drive home and had an allergic reaction and realized the cigarette smoke was in AC and in seats, and was attempted to be covered by a spray. Had to pull over and take allergy medicine and someone else drive. Also heard the noise with the wheel clicking still and car shaking above 40 MPH. Called the dealership and they were closed. was also told the tire pressure light would go off after 50 miles but found out there are two sensors missing. I brought the car to a mechanic and was told two rims were so bent on two tires and the tires weren’t balanced, was also told why the wheel was making the noise, all things a car wouldn’t pass an inspection for. I spoke to two people, a manager from sales and from service department. Was basically told these things were mt responsibility and they sell quantity not quality. Also was told they would never send a car out if it had bent rims and axle issues, but they did. Also experienced several sketchy things during finance process as well. I am content BBB the state of and CT about the issues. I would steer clear from here, I had high hopes and now am I’m several hundreds of dollars in on this car I’ve only had a week. More
