After Service Manager John Capko took me for a test drive and showed me the parts in question, my questions and concerns were all addressed and needed adjustments were made. While some of my concerns where a matter of perception, everyone involved was considerate and interested in making sure that my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. My confidence in the car was bolstered and I found the level of attention given by the A&T Subaru service team encouraging. Finding a service team that respects a person's investment and does quality work is becoming rare. The folks at A&T have been great to work with, so far - I look forward to more positive experiences. More
Latest Service - great exchnage 3-4 weeks ago my daughter's 2002 Outback Sedan (a prior certified used purchase) developed issues and she let it linger until she called us for help. 3-4 weeks ago my daughter's 2002 Outback Sedan (a prior certified used purchase) developed issues and she let it linger until she called us for help. We were involved in a new car purchase at the same time. John and the crew fit us in and diagnosed an initial reasonable repair, however as the day went on they continued to probe to make sure the initial diagnosis was accurate. Unfortunately, it wasn't and the repair would be costly more than the trade value of the vehicle. Based on the expert diagnosis we saved ourselves and my daughter a lot of money and passed down our 2008 Outback Wagon to her. Hopefully it had several years left in it. Thanks everyone for caring. A&T is really the BEST! I bought a used, unwarranted car last Saturday. I returned to complete paperwork today. The car had a problem as soon as I got to the dealer's parking lot. I'm just grateful, and lucky it actually happened there, and not on the road somewhere. Phil was so accommodating, and helpful it was amazing. I told him I understood non warranty on purchase, and I'd pay for the repair. He wouldn't hear of it, and said they'd fix it! Especially since I live 50 miles from them. I was floored! This is the BEST dealer I've EVER worked with. They're like family, and treat their customers VERY well. More
