The service manager we dealt with was Ben. After the brake line service, the brake pedal felt solid - not mushy or soft. Ben is not listed in the Serv Dept list below - I checked David as I have dealt with him before and he also did very well !! More

It was absolutely horrible. Had my truck towed in on 4-26-2021. Didn't hear anything back until I was finally called back 4-30-2021 evening time. Was told the truck is ready, called back 5-3-2021. Was then told the technician did not even do what was said w was done 4-30-2021. So summary of this issue has made me sale my ford and going to buy a Chevrolet or GMC. I have had this truck since 2016 and purchased the premium extended warranty and was a waste of money. So Ford is absolutely horrible of a company. More
