As soon as I walked in the door the overall atmosphere felt different than most dealerships...no swarming and milling around of salespersons. Had a great experience working with John Bernard....polite, patient, non aggressive and very knowledgeable salesperson.....great person to work with. Cannot but give mention to Keith Mobley in the Finance Department...very helpful, non pushy...very likeable guy. Truly believe that Customer Satisfaction is their number one priority. I was very pleased when I arrived to test drive the vehicle I saw online. Bob Gaudet was laid back, personable and laid no pressure on me at all. I decided to purchase the used vehicle on the spot. Frank Mazzeo was able to find me a great rate and explained all the documents with me. When I realized there wasn't a spare key, Bob offered to reimburse me and also provided me with floor mats which the car didn't come with. Not only did he provide the mats but he brought them to my door step! I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back in the future. More

I had not purchased a car in 20 years. I had decided that I would like to look at Hondas ,but was unsure of what size car I wanted. After seeing and driving a few smaller models with the he I had decided that I would like to look at Hondas ,but was unsure of what size car I wanted. After seeing and driving a few smaller models with the help of Brian and Karin, Karin showed me a CRV that I purchased. The complete process is quite involved, however, I trusted and simply followed directions. Everything went smoothly and Frank took care of all the financing and appropriate documentation. The car was missing a second key and Frank arranged to get that for me as well. I am pleased to recommend the services of Acton Toyota. More
