Professional and convenient. I've been bringing my car here for 11 years- while not inexpensive, service is excellent! You get what you pay for! I saved $50 on the work done this time because I asked that a deal on their website be applied. Depending upon where you go, that is 1-2 weeks of morning coffee! More

Except for the entry point of leaving my vehicle off (where traffic was not efficiently advanced) and the exit point of picking up my vehicle (when there was confusion about the previously quoted total (where traffic was not efficiently advanced) and the exit point of picking up my vehicle (when there was confusion about the previously quoted total cost to me) and necessary research/discussion with the person handling the paper review of the completed service and detailing final costs (although the revised figures were $50.00 above my earlier quote and a $5.00 rebate on filters not applied), thus slowing down and extending my departure time, its seems that all the service was satisfactorily completed and adequately explained -- and all done a day earlier than originally planned. I do miss the historic hospitality of coffee and donuts and the closing down the the diningroom area -- maybe a combination of costs to operate and impact of Covid-19 pandemic, but it all set a nice, gracious, and relaxed environmental tone. More

Quality customer service and relatively painless transaction process despite some minor complexities involved in my vehicle purchase. The primary reason I am leaving a 5-star rating is that this is only one of two Toyota dealers in the New England area that gave me a sticker-price quote for a 2021 Rav4 Prime. Due to the demand for that model (they are pretty much only available via pre-order at this point) and the chip shortage and just the generally terrible state of the new and used car market, all other dealers I contacted were apply non-negotiable mark ups to the price of Rav4 Primes. The markups I encountered ranged from $3,000-$6,000, though I've heard that out on the west coast those markups are exceeding $10,000. Only Acton and one other dealer were willing to offer me MSRP. So kudos to them for prioritizing the customer before short-term profits. More
