It was a pleasure working with Jack, he was thoughtful and gracious, and did not pressure me into anything. He took the time to explain things to me at delivery, and helped me connect the bluetooth. My wife and I were looking for a Toyota Prius. We did some research online and received a few responses, including one from Shawn who was the first person to contact us. The following Sunday, we visited some research online and received a few responses, including one from Shawn who was the first person to contact us. The following Sunday, we visited Acton Toyota where Shawn was waiting for us. After hearing what we wanted, he went out and pulled up a brand new Prius. We thought he would take a passenger seat after we told him that we had never owned a hybrid. Instead, he handed us the key; briefly instructed us how to operate it; and encouraged us to enjoy the test drive. We had been to a few dealers, and each of them made us sign some paper works and demanded a copy of our driver's licenses before we saw their car. At each of those dealers, we didn't have the experience we had with Acton Toyota and with Shawn in particular. We felt privilege that Shawn trusted and treated us like buyers. That includes his effort to try to locate and bring the car we wanted to his lot. He even offered to meet with us on the day that he was not supposed to work. We really appreciate this unique experience with Shawn. On the day we picked up the car, Keith Mobley walked us through the signing process very smoothly. He told us what were available, but we didn't feel any pressure from him to buy anything else besides signing importannt papers. Thank you, Shawn, Keith and Acton Toyota. This recent purchase of a 2011 Rav 4 is our second new vehicle purchase from Acton Toyota. First was a 2002 Toyota Highlander which we still have and has been the best vehicle we have ever owned. This was our first time working with Steve Jensen and he was the perfect salesperson for us - no pressure - easy to work with and very supportive. He knew the RAV inside and out and was able to answer any questions we had - was even familiar with a vehicle we were comparing the Rav with and was informative about the differences. We had a good experience with Acton Toyota when we purchased our Highlander and we are glad we returned there for the purchase of our Rav 4. We were happy that this dealership seems consistently friendly, helpful and that their inventory selection is great. Car purchases are not a frequent thing for us so car shopping tends to be a bit of a daunting experience. Acton Toyota made everything as effortless as possible and they have all the processes for purchasing a vehicle extremely streamlined. For us they were definitely worth the 25 miles to travel for a purchase. We have not used Acton Toyota's service department in the past because Littleton is not local for us - but since our new Rav comes with 2 years complimentary maintenance we will be checking it out. After our purchase Steve set us up with the service program and showed us the service area - from a customer service and comfort stand-point it seems amazing - they seem to have all bases covered! I have bought many cars in my 48 years and I can honestly say this was the "best" overall experience I have ever had. John Bernard my sales person was so easy going down to earth and helpful. Called twice to get a regular service quote, both time were checked and confirmed what's included. But after I got in, the service rep apologized that they quote me wrong. The manager came which just repeat the same thing and offer no help and does not honor the mistake they made. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT. Very upset, wasted two hours. , got in early with an empty stomach and came back with nothing done. More

His approach was to give to me the car with the color that I wanted and to make me a happy customer. The financial manager- Jack Lloyd- deserves credit as well. He was able to sift through all the warranty information with me. Answered my millions of questions and never once flinched when we looked at the clock and saw that it was well after closing. When I walked out of his office, I found my salesman - Scott Dougherty there, waiting to shake my hand, and said, "Thank you for your business, if you have any further questions just call." It was warm, and sincere. The next visit in was on the day that my car was ready. Scott spent a long time with me, making certain that I was comfortable driving away in my new car. His tlc to me, goes a long way. More
