We were in search of a prius and looking to trade our Ford Explorer. Most dealers were unwilling to work at all with us with our trade and since there was such a demand for the prius, it was a "take it Ford Explorer. I was on the internet looking at every dealership and their inventory in a 50 mile range when I found the Acton Toyota site. I was immediately impressed with their "internet discount". Bob Rabb made our internet inquiry a a quick reality. I have never purchased a car with such ease and without the usual hours of bartering back and forth with over-inflated pricing. Bob's honest and direct approach won us over instantly. Within a half-hour we had picked out our car and had our discount price which no other dealer was even willing to offer on this car which is in very limited supply. Every thing throughout the delivery of the car was flawlessly executed. Bob explained everything completely and clearly to us before we left with our new Prius. We were so happy with Bob and the Acton Toyota team that we returned two days later and purchased a second Prius and traded my '06 Chevy Truck and once again recieved a discounted hassel-free price along with another flawless delivery. I absolutely will recommend Acton Toyota to everyone and will definitely have all my future servicing and purchases performed by the pros of Acton Toyota. More

I went to many dealerships seeking a used certified vehicle over the past few months with specific specs. It seemed no matter where I went, although I clearly stated my price range, that I wanted a V6 vehicle over the past few months with specific specs. It seemed no matter where I went, although I clearly stated my price range, that I wanted a V6 midsize car or SUV with low mileage, a ‘good ride’, 2007 or younger and leather interior, I was shown stock that was not within the parameters of my requests. I was given strong sales pitches, aggressive at times. When I went to Acton Toyota of Littleton, I met with Travis, in sales. He reviewed my 'wish' list with available inventory. He quickly stated he had a car that might fit my requests. He reviewed the information on the car, all of which met my criteria. My husband and I looked at the car, went for a test drive and discussed a trade in. The following day, my trade in was appraised, a complete invoice was generated and I left a deposit. A few days later, I completed the paperwork with Travis and Keith. A clear explanation of each document was presented to me by Keith and Travis, prior to signing them. How novel! Upon delivery, Travis spent a generous amount of time, patiently instructing me on my car’s features and applications. He synchronized my phone to the Bluetooth. I received my first call on my car’s Bluetooth during Travis’s instruction of my car’s operation, sunroof, controls on steering wheel, etc. The call was from another dealer asking if I had found a car yet. From the moment I entered Acton Toyota of Littleton, I was treated in a friendly, respectful manner. I felt no pressure at any time. There are two things that I like the least in life, funerals and buying cars from dealers. I contacted Doug Shepard via email and worked with him on info gathering and price negotiation for the Toyota funerals and buying cars from dealers. I contacted Doug Shepard via email and worked with him on info gathering and price negotiation for the Toyota Tacoma I recently purchased. When I have to buy a vehicle I usually work with three dealers and do business with the one that provides the best price and all around responsiveness. Doug was the only one of the three who was quickly responsive to my questions and also provided me with the best deal. When I went to test drive the Tacoma it was conveniently parked right in front of the dealership and ready to go for a ride. That was nice. Prior to taking the second test ride, in one of the pictures on the web site, I noticed a loose wire, a connector of some sort, protruding out from the console. I was immediately disappointed when I saw this as I thought it was a connector for a trailer brake. This would have been a deal breaker for me if the vehicle was used to towing. Doug and his sales manager showed the picture to Mark Bentley in the service department and he immediately identified the wire as an iPod interface, that was a relief because I really wanted this vehicle. The deal was sealed after that and Doug brought me through the signing process which was quick and painless. Doug mentioned that he would be getting some guidance for processing the deal since this was his first sale. He was kind enough to explain that to me and I appreciated that. Doug did a great job by the way, a much better job than some other sales persons who previously worked with me on their 125th deal at other dealers. All in all Acton Toyota was a great experience, no pressure, very friendly environment and a very smooth signing process. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
