Late one evening I submitted internet quote requests to three dealers for a 2007 Toyota Prius. Early the next morning I had an automated e-mail acknowlegement from Acton Toyota saying that one of their internet sales team would contact me. Later that morning I received a phone call from Juliana Chaves asking what options I wanted on the car and then immediately gave me a firm quote. One of the other dealers sent a quote the following day, and the third dealer called the day after I had signed the purchase contract with Acton. Juliana's quote was the lowest of the three. I called her and made an appointment to bring my trade-in for an appraisal, and again I was given a prompt firm quote, just slightly higher than what I had expected to get for my car. I had to wait a few days for the car because the Prius I wanted was not in stock, but during that time Juliana kept in touch by phone. When my car came in, I met again with Juliana and Peter Rakauskas, one of the business managers, to go through the necessary paper work. Finally Juliana went over the details of the car with me and helped me set up some of the many functions on the Prius. From beginning to end, she was knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, and always eager to help, making the car buying process a pleasure.
