A week earlier, I had gone to the dealership I bought my Sequoia in 2003. We went through the usual "car buying shuffle"...back and forth. When I quoted them a price I had from a dealership in Brockton they acted "horrified" that the dealer was selling my a car for over $2000 under invoice...the "shuffle" continued til I walked out of the dealership. Suddenly they were able to match his price. Something still didn't feel right about this deal and so I went home and went online that evening for some quotes. In less than 12 hours, I not only had an email response back from Eric, I also had a quote. The same quote the other dealer made me feel like they were throwing in a free kidney as well for. A day and a half later I was sitting with Justin and buying my car. Eric got tied up with another client and asked Justin to take care of me. They were both so friendly, polite and respectful. I never felt like they were taking advantage of me as I did at the other dealership. I told Justin and Eric how much I hated the whole car-buying experience and "would rather have surgery without anesthesia" than buy a car. That, of course is all different after working with Justin and Eric. They made this a wonderful experience! I could've driven the car home that day but wanted some options added. This was done quickly and efficiently and I was able to pick up my new car just five days later as promised. I told them I would whole-heartedly recommend them to others and would plan on returning to see them when my son needs a car in 3 years. I've had my Rav4 for just four days now and I just love it! I love my car and the experince at Acton Toyota was incredible!!

Ken not only found me the car I wanted, but I was able to get the car for I wanted to spend. EXCELLENT JOB! I am very happy with my 2007 Toyota Camry!

As we sought competitive bids for the 07 Prius that we wanted to buy, Acton Toyota.com responded quickly with the lowest bid. We had already researched dealer invoices on Edmunds and Consumer Reports, so we were able to recognize a good deal. The email response laid out not only the price but also listed every fee that we would be charged. The email response mentioned that the price quoted will not change at all. That was true. In the end, we saved ourselves hours of haggling over the price. Also, Eric Kates, the salesman, was very knowledgeable when we asked him about every control and buttons on the car. Our experience with a few other dealers was not good, when we tried to get competitive bid from them. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

Best buying experience I've had by a long shot. After having less than favorable buying experiences in the past with other dealers I kept waiting for the bomb to drop. It never did. Eric and Ben were straight forward to deal with, both know their job well, executed well, but mostly I appreciated that they respected my positions on things I wanted and things I didn't. Being able to get the quote and handle all that over the internet is a hugh time saver for me. It is a half hour drive for me to the dealership but it was time well spent because I know that I was completing the deal. I still haven't heard back from the 1st dealer I talked to and I know for a fact they have 3 Highlanders on their lot exactly the same as the one I bought! Their loss.

Bought my vehicle via their internet sales department (Justin). Excellent experience, emails were responed to very quickly, everything was open and honest, worked out the whole deal prior to showing up at the dealership. Went the dealership, met with Peter, there were no surprises and in about an hour I was driving away with a great truck at the lowest quoted offer. Definitely recommend buying a vehicle this way.

The best experience I have ever had with a dealership! I'm typically up for a heated negotiation with a dealer, but there was no need at Acton Toyota. Leo in sales was extremely helpful, and offered me a fair deal the first time around without a hassle or high-pressure sales tactic. I will certainly refer all my friends and family to purchase from here, it's truly the aggravation free way to buy a new car! :o)

My purchase experience with Acton Toyota was very good. I did everything via the internet and Wellington Pereira always responded quickly and was very helpful, even responding to my emails on his day off. I am happy with the price, the service, and with everyone I dealt with. Their automatic email system caused some confusion and needs a little tweaking, but overall I was very please. Will service my car there and recommend this dealership.

The salesman was very low key and did not pressure me. He gave me his best deal without any high pressure tactics that I experienced elsewhere. He communicated promptly over the email. Our in person meeting contained no surprises. Eric was very pleasant to work with and I will recommend him to my friends.
