Our objective in reaching out to speak with you was to apologize for your less than satisfactory experience and for our inability to meet your time expectation. We further wanted to offer an explanation regarding the time involved for State Inspections. At the end and very beginning of each month, there is peak demand for State Inspections and we are required by the State to take customers on a 1st come, 1st served basis. If there is another State Inspection in process when your tire swap is complete or a couple of State Inspections in the queue in front of you, then there could be a 20-40 minute wait for the State Inspection bay. Regardless, we failed to properly communicate this information to you, did not adequately respond to your cell phone calls and message, and did not apologize to you when we had not met your time expectations. For that we are sorry. Moving forward, we will use your feedback to improve our services for the benefit of all our customers.
