This was my first time at this dealership. I had made my way around to several other Toyota Dealerships as well as Honda Dealerships. I always encountered the same level of "salesman bravado" until I lande way around to several other Toyota Dealerships as well as Honda Dealerships. I always encountered the same level of "salesman bravado" until I landed here. A friend who had bought here recommended the dealership to me. Working with Garret in sales was a pleasurable experience. I laid it on the line and he came back with the dealerships offer, which met all my needs and expectations. They have a unique rewards program where I earn points towards free service or accessories that is awesome. There facilities are unmatched. I received a tour of the service area, cafe, where one receives a complimentary breakfast or lunch when in for service, WIFI, etc. - you name it they have it, which told me that they really care about customers. Don't get me wrong, usually you have to pay through the nose when a dealership offers this level of comfort, not so here. I have owned Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Toyota and a number of other cars and this place beats them all. I got a wonderful car at the price I wanted to pay. Its over 45 minutes from my home but worth the travel. AWESOME PLACE! More
This is the second time in two years that I have purchased a vehicle at Acton Toyota. In both cases, the salesman was Steve Augusta. During my first purchase (July 2008), I thought the experience of buying was absolutely superb. No pressure, no hassles. As a salesman representing Acton Toyota, Steve was exceptional. After the purchase, Steve followed up to insure everything was to my satisfaction. Fast forward to January 2011, when I decided to purchase a 2011 RAV4. Again, Steve was the salesman of choice. I didn't think it possible to surpass the July 2008 experience, however, Steve raised the personal satisfaction bar even higher. Purchasing the RAV4 was the simplest event ever. The vehicle was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Steve was there to answer all my questions. And, he has since followed up. I don't have enough praise for this fine salesman. My husband I dealt mostly with Scott online. We were interested in a particular make and model and knew what we wanted. Scott was great to work with and a pleasure to deal with. When we set up a time to go see the car and test drive, he was ready for us and had patience for our 4 year old son we had to have with us that day. He worked along side us and we are so very happy with the transaction. The deal was quick and the paperwork was completed in no time. We were able to have our new car in under 48 hours with a car starter installed. We have had the car for a couple of weeks and we love it. It is amazing. We enjoy just driving in it and it is perfect for our growing family. We strongly recommend visiting Acton Toyota to purchase your new car. All of the sales people seemed kind and were more than willing to help us when we needed it! More

I had a great experience buying a car with John Bernard. He was helpful and never pushy about selling us a car. He answered all the questions we had and some that we had not thought of yet. He showed me every inch of my car on delivery and explained every button,switch and light in the vehicle as well as explaining about the tracking system which I didn't really understand until he explained. Acton Toyota is hands down the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I bought my car there three years ago, and Jim recommended that I have a remote starter installed in my new Corolla. That was one of the best suggestions I could have asked for given our cold New England winters! Every time I go for routine maintenance, the service is prompt, thorough, and efficient. I've dealt with Steve in service several times and he's great. The other people in service have all been wonderful, too. I do not have any complaints. Also, for anyone who needs to wait while there car is serviced, Acton Toyota of Littleton caters to professionals, as well as to families. There is and desk/computer lounge, as well as ample seating in the other areas, so you can spread out and do your work. They even have a kids play area. They also give you food vouchers for their cafeteria so you can grab breakfast or lunch while you wait. I tell everyone I know to buy their cars there and to get service there, too! More

This is the second brand new Toyota we have bought at Acton Toyota, both times with Steve Jensen as our salesman. (This is our second new vehicle in 26 years of marriage. We have and drive both an '09 Acton Toyota, both times with Steve Jensen as our salesman. (This is our second new vehicle in 26 years of marriage. We have and drive both an '09 Prius and a '92 Corolla.) The price of the Tacoma was right for us. Steve was very helpful, knew the product backwards and forwards. Steve has never been pushy or condescending with me. When I asked questions, always always Steve answered them clearly. Buying a pickup is more complex than buying a sedan...(double cab, access cab, tow package?, 4x4, 2x4, etc.).., so I had lots of questions. When I picked up the pickup today, the gas tank was full, the vehicle was registered, the plates were on, and the inspection sticker was on the front window. (Somehow, I did not realize that the vehicle would be ready to drive away, with no further paperwork or errands to be done.) Steve carefully explained every dial and button on the dashboard and on the steering wheel to me. People at the dealership and very helpful, and friendly. I even met the owner, while getting coffee one afternoon. Mr. Moran, with the accent on the second syllable, reminded me of the lunch and breakfast on the second floor when I bring my vehicle in for service. Even Mr. Moran was friendly! I would recommend this dealership solely on the excellent service and care given by Steve and staff. Yes, the coffee was very good. Yes, the facilities are new and spotless. However, the smoothness and straightforwardness and ease of the purchase were just wonderful!! I think highly of Steve Jensen. I cannot imagine a better, nicer salesman. I will be telling anyone who is thinking of a Toyota, to go to see Steve at Acton Toyota. In addition, I was reminded by Steve that for 2 years or 25,000 miles we will receive maintenance on the Tacoma at no charge. How cool is that! More
