We’re disappointed to read of your poor experience with our dealership. We’re especially concerned we did not stop sending you emails after you requested it end. However, I have personally ensured this has now been resolved. I take full responsibility for Ken Hsu not readily having pricing information for the 2011 Toyota Prius. It was a few days after you initially requested the information did I create our most aggressive Internet pricing for the 2011 Prius. Shame on me for taking so long to do this. If you are still considering the 2011 Prius and would like to offer Acton Toyota another chance to assist you, I would welcome to opportunity to help. I’ll happily provide you with as much information as you desire. Our dealership is serious about customer service and satisfaction. However, we do at times make mistakes.
