I have been to many car dealers over the years and I always left feeling like I either got ripped off, or narrowly avoided getting ripped off. Acton Toyota was the first dealership I have visited that did not make me feel like that. From start to finish, they were very helpful and friendly and avoided any slimey sales tactics. I was never pressured or subjected to any B.S. during the buying process. They were also very upfront about the price of the vehicle I wanted (2010 Tundra) and at no point tried to take advantage of me. I asked for the best price they could give me and then I left for the weekend to do some research on the vehicle. Can you believe that they actually just gave me a price and business card and let me leave without any guilt trips, attitude or leg clinging? They did. I called back Monday morning and talked down the price a few hundred more and promptly went in to buy the vehicle.
