I was referred to Acton Toyota by my friend. She contacted sales guy Jack Burke and it was smooth sailing from there. I've been dealing with Acton Toyota since about 2008 for service for my RAV4. My experience then and since has always been good. I've been dealing with Acton Toyota since they were still in Acton. My current Prius was bough elsewhere as Costco limits your dealer choice for purchase, but I continue to service it at Acton. Just went in for my last free service (at 2 years), and they went with the 20,000 service as it is more comprehensive than the 15,000 that was coming up. Great example of their proactivity! More
