No one was pressuring us to buy anything just because they needed to make a sale. They treated us like friends but in a professional manner. Francesco was willing to work with us to give us the right price for us, not for him. Before we picked up the car, they rechecked everything to make sure the car was working and running the way it should. When we picked up the car to sign the papers, Ian was our financial guy and he was super nice and was good at explaining every detail and was patient when we had questions. More

Wasn't any BS that I've encountered at other dealerships--their offer on my car was fair and I paid $250 more than I wanted to for their car. Done deal, I was home in 3 hours from the point the odyssey started! More
