Service check I had 2 issues with my car that needed to be addressed. I loved that Eric rode with me to experience my concerns for himself. Took my car in on a rainy Saturday morning with no appointment. I was greeted at the door and introduced to Zach Zeune, who went over the service to be provided, the time frame and the cost. Great guy. Quick and easy. I watched the technicians work - on the TV in the lounge while I had a Diet Coke. Finished on time, and Zach went over the paperwork and some items for future action.
