I thought JR did a great job and was a joy to work with. Unfortunately, the office was under-staffed for the day. Financially, this is a big transaction for me so I DO NOT need any pressure and that was one of the major turn-offs for me at some of the other dealers and Jason made an EXTREMELY happy difference! Jason was very pleasant and patient, he provided information, educated me about the vehicle as well as pleasantly took my multiple telephone calls after I returned home and remembered something else and called him for clarification. He knowledgably answered my questions, addressed all of my concerns as well as informed me of available financial options offered by the company for acquiring the vehicle; which immensely helped in making my final decision.
