I love that they get you in on time and out as quickly as possible. The packet reflecting the breakdown of the service performed with graphics and descriptions are helpful for maintenance due now and in the near future. So you can plan ahead. I have no anxieties when scheduling service. Acura Columbus is where I purchased my MDX and where I choose to have it serviced. Hands down! More

They treat you like family! This is my second vehicle from Acura Columbus and like the title states they really do treat you like family! My Sales Consultant Zack Warren contact This is my second vehicle from Acura Columbus and like the title states they really do treat you like family! My Sales Consultant Zack Warren contacted me and advised me that Acura was offering some great incentives and that he may be able to get me out of my current lease and into a newer Acura for around what I was currently paying. I obviously was open to the offer but in no way thought it would be possible. But it was! Tom Cole the Sales Manager presented me with an exceptional deal and I couldn't be happier. Kudos as well to Brian Milliser the Finance Manager who knew I was limited on time but he was able to thoroughly explain all my paperwork, warranty options and have me in and out of the dealership within an hour. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! More

The process was amazing: it started by me finding the vehicle I liked on their website, setting an appointment by clicking on their "chat" button, then having a sales rep get in touch with me right away. I went in and the rep, Benjamin, sure knew his stuff. He was knowledgable, not only on the MDX, but on the other SUVs I was considering. Negotiating was simple and painless. Zach helped me through my vehicle pick up and tutorial. The whole staff was amazing. The service perks are equal to or better than the BMW and Lexus dealerships I've been to with my past vehicles. They even have iPads for my kids to play with if I choose to wait! I highly recommend Acura of Columbus. More

Initially, there was no MDX with the color and price point combination I was looking for. Zack helped me keep a look out. Once a vehicle with the right color and price point available, I was contacted and appointment was arranged in the afternoon to purchase the vehicle. Zack works hard for the customer to find their dream vehicle. Brian helps speeding up the paperwork process by preparing all the documents ahead of time. He also explains to every details of each document and make sure customer understand the term of services. Overall, the purchasing experience from Zack and Brian was great. More
