We recently had an issue with our head gasket, needing a total replacement on 2020 RDX which we purchased at this dealership. After doing some research and consulting with a private mechanic, I was origina total replacement on 2020 RDX which we purchased at this dealership. After doing some research and consulting with a private mechanic, I was originally upset that this was not included as part of a recent Honda and Acura recall I was originally quoted almost $6000 for the replacement and Acura was willing to work with us on a better price through a Goodwill adjustment at Acura corporate the owner has personally reached out to me multiple times and has been very helpful in getting this done. They also offered us a loaner vehicle during an almost one week time. period that we were without our vehicle, which was very helpful. Ultimately, we were happy with the result, the dealership seemed to do good work so far, and they even changed our oil for no cost as a surprise, which was nice. I would highly recommend this dealership, but like any car place I would just make sure to do your homework along the way. All in all, great experience and I would go back. More
