I have been coming here for years for my 2013 Acura TL - always great service. The team is kind, responsive, and update me of what the issues are by order of urgency when I bring my car in. I called Acura Columbus they sent a technician to my house and jump started the car and told me take it to the dealership for new battery. Less than an hour later, I was on my, no charge, all under w house and jump started the car and told me take it to the dealership for new battery. Honda, BMW, Lexus dealers I've rated before. - The staff is super cool - Communication is clear and crisp - Modes of comm phone sms and email - T Honda, BMW, Lexus dealers I've rated before. - The staff is super cool - Communication is clear and crisp - Modes of comm phone sms and email - They always ask, explain and want approval, via phone , weblink etc - Once done, I personally have seen them work way faster than they promise it'll be ready The only concern: What I don't like is there parking lot is super scrammed I'd like a little space to move, drive and park I always have trouble in their tiny lot with new cars and no dedicated place for just service vehicles.
