Need to reevaluate how your approval process for additional recommended services. I tried to approve online from text msg link - final approval after signature didn’t work; called service and left additional recommended services. I have been coming here for years for my 2013 Acura TL - always great service. The team is kind, responsive, and update me of what the issues are by order of urgency when I bring my car in. I called Acura Columbus they sent a technician to my house and jump started the car and told me take it to the dealership for new battery. Less than an hour later, I was on my, no charge, all under w house and jump started the car and told me take it to the dealership for new battery. Less than an hour later, I was on my, no charge, all under warranty. You can't ask for any better service than that. Well done Columbus Acura!! More
