Discovered a flat tire in my garage. Inflated it and called the service department. They said, bring it in and took care of it within an hour. We moved here from the Chicago area 13 years ago and the service department has been taken care of are too accurate since then. I’ve recommended Dublin accurate to a number of my friends, mostly based on the service department to experience and just had a neighbor buy a used vehicle from them about a year ago. He had an issue with something and they fixed it for free because he only owned the car for a few months. Fantastic dealership and terrific service department. More

My experience this past Saturday was not what I expect from Acura after several years (this is my 2nd leased vehicle) . It was disappointing & quite different from what I am used to. The only positive things I can report are the young man who checked us in when we pulled up was nice & Todd hung around a few minutes past 2p to check me out. The vehicle service seems to be the standard.....Interesting that the paperwork says loaners are available for service over an hour, which mine was....but I was refused a loaner with the excuse that it was b/c of the servuce codes. 🤔 The Lyfts that transported us were best described as low quality. Both vehicles had issues, one of which could cause injury if not careful exiting the vehicle. They were vacuumed & free of trash, but visibly not clean (could see the dirt) Also MY vehicle was not vacuumed. I can totally understand not washing it since it was raining, but the interior could have still been vacuumed, as it should be according to the service paperwork. I say all of this b/c you need to be aware that The quality of customer service has gone down quite a bit from what I am used to from Acura & I'm seriously reconsidering renewing my lease here. More

Loaner was appreciated, service advisor was very friendly and communicated well. However, a 12,000 dollar quote on a repair that “might” fix the problem instead of completing thorough diagnostics to truly de and communicated well. Furthermore, failure to reassemble my interior correctly causing interior LED accent lights to be inop, and speaker feedback present through a loose ground added to frustrations. Will be exploring other service locations moving forward. More

Asking around, I heard that Acura Columbus was the place to go. I was not disappointed. Everything I wanted done (oil change and brake fluid change) was taken care of by a master technician within the time promised. Everyone in the service department were very friendly and professional. They get an A+ from me. 🙂 More
