Service technician on autopilot?? Took 2015 RDX in for service over the weekend for routine maintenance. After the service, all of the boxes on my report were checked as "good". Go Took 2015 RDX in for service over the weekend for routine maintenance. After the service, all of the boxes on my report were checked as "good". Got home and found that my coolant reservoir was EMPTY and tire pressures exceeded recommended levels. One has to wonder what other item(s) was checked as "good" but not really checked. Not good to have to follow the service technician to make sure that he/she pays the necessary attention to detail. I expect more from Acura. More

Excellent service experience Stopped in unannounced to the dealership and indicated I was experiencing a noise from the back of our Acura RDX along with a rougher ride than normal Stopped in unannounced to the dealership and indicated I was experiencing a noise from the back of our Acura RDX along with a rougher ride than normal. I took a quick ride with a technician who said I had a bad strut. We scheduled it for the next day and they provided me with a loaner. Unecessary The rating given was to get the attention of the Accura dealership management. The 2015 RDX was towed into the dealership on 2-15-17 because the 2015 The rating given was to get the attention of the Accura dealership management. The 2015 RDX was towed into the dealership on 2-15-17 because the 2015 battery died and left us stranded in our garage. We were informed that there was also a recall on the driver's side airbag. We were not previously notified of this important recall. We needed to pick up the vehicle and return it to our home. When we went to drive the vehicle it was noiced that the cover on the center of the steering wheel, covering the airbag, was very loose and could have detatched.. On 2-21-17 I called the dealership and was given a 1:00 pm appointment to bring the vehicle in to get repaired while I waited. This note should provide several issues that were troubling, one being a relatively new battery failing. But, the the repair of the airbag being incomplete and having to take the time to return the vehicle to the dealership was not acceptable. I expected more from this higher-valued product dealership.
