Acura Columbus - Service Center

Acura mdx We had issues getting our acura MDX to start. First visit was informed it was due to our blue tooth pulling too much juice while the vehicle was off. We had issues getting our acura MDX to start. First visit was informed it was due to our blue tooth pulling too much juice while the vehicle was off....system was disconnected and issue seemed to be resolved. A week later the acura did not start again...brought it back in to find out I needed a new battery. Was pleased with service but wish this was caught on my first visit and would have saved me $100 plus. More

From the valet out front to the service desk to the Todd Skidmore, the customer service guy and the check out desk...you always feel like they are wanting to help. I love that they get you in on time and out as quickly as possible. The packet reflecting the breakdown of the service performed with graphics and descriptions are helpful for maintenance due now and in the near future. So you can plan ahead. I have no anxieties when scheduling service. Acura Columbus is where I purchased my MDX and where I choose to have it serviced. Hands down! More

Whereas lousy customer service and disengaged employ I continue to marvel at the upbeat culture at Acura Columbus (new customer, third service appt). Whereas lousy customer service and disengaged employees seem to be the new norm, this dealership is so refreshingly different it's almost like the Twilight Zone. From the valet guys who greet you, all the way to the ladies at checkout, EVERYONE appears to love their work and they seem genuinely interested in making your visit as pleasant as possible. I've stayed in luxury hotels whose staff don't care this much about their guests. I'm 51 and I've NEVER written a customer review. Who knew a routine visit to a service department at a car dealership would compel me to do so. Hats of to the owner, managers and all the teammates who practice what the preach. More
