Hi Dianne - got your review. I understand your viewpoint. We make a big commitment to having loaner cars — currently we have 43 cars for our customers. It is nice nowadays that we have Bridge Park next door to walk over (or we can drop off) in order to get something eat or do some shopping. Thanks, John Connelly Owner/Acura Columbus

I understand you are working within guidelines and if you can provide a loaner car for a two hour work time, that will gladly accepted. As for going to the shopping area nearby, it is possible. I usually have my elder sister with me and walking isn’t possible. I will be sure to ask for a shuttle ride. It was mentioned when I was there last, but not forthcoming. The intake persons did not initiate, nor did I insist.
