The service was ok however I just had a flat tire. It was late in the day when my vehicle was towed in but the dealership had zero loaner cars?? I felt for the price of the new car, a loaner car while mine was being worked on should have been the bare min. Then the next day I was advised they were unable to get my replacement tire. I understand shipping delays and so forth but again why not pull a tire from a new vehicle and replace it one the ordered tire came in? Then I'm also back in the beginning situation no ride no way of getting around. When my tire did finally come in the 2nd day I arrived to pick up my car and they couldn't even wash it?? I have purchased Acura's in the past. My last Acura was a 2009 and when I took it into a dealer different from where I bought the car when it was new I was treated very well in NC and TN. Given a loaner when I needed it, car was washed and vacuumed every time I had it worked on but not here. I buy a brand new car and It couldn't even be washed? The salesman was very nice when I bought the car and based on what he told me I was going to be taken care of from that moment on however when the first time came to have any type of service done I felt this dealership came up short compared to my previous dealership where I lived. The only great part was the fact I had purchased the wheel and tire protection with the vehicle and it was covered under the warranty. More
