Jami is a fighter! She does a great job. Thank you for giving us the chance to help. Sorry for any issues that you had. Thanks, Mr. Tatum, I spoke with Zach and he told me that he apologized for his mistake. He wrote me that "the transmission and transfer case fluid was marked as needing to be done on the inspection. I had somehow overlooked that it was done 16000 miles prior. Upon going over the inspection with Mr. Tatum he informed me of this. I offered to change the transmission and transfer case fluid free of charge for him, which we did." I hope you know that we try our best to get things right and if we make a mistake, we will own it. We have no intention of wanting to cause you any difficulty. Thank you for giving us a chance and I apologize for not coming through for you. - John Connelly Owner/Acura Columbus

Mr. Tatum, I reached out personally to you last week and never heard back. I wrote you that I spoke with Zach and he told me that he apologized for his mistake.
