Easy appointment, quick and complete service Columbus Acura service department is second to none. I drove from Dayton for oil change and tire rotation, called on the way for an appointment, got Columbus Acura service department is second to none. I drove from Dayton for oil change and tire rotation, called on the way for an appointment, got there two hours early due to cancelled meeting, they welcomed me immediately, did the work while I watched the tech on remote TV, had the car done in 45 minutes for $75. Can anyone beat that? More

I was greeted with a valet to take my vehicle and escorted to the service department where I was immediately given a loaner vehicle, very similar to mine. Everything was e planned to me and I was asked if I had any questions. I received prompt phone calls of the progress and completion of my service. When I returned myloaner I received the same VIP treatment. My experience was top notch. More
