I was charged over $200 for less than an hours work to change differential fluid, lubricate brake calipers, and rotate my tires...and that was with a FREE oil change. while I appreciate the certification of an official Acura Inspection, I can’t believe their menu pricing is so atrocious given the amount of work that they can do while the car is already raised and things are accessible (and a little girl like me can do on my own for free). Originally I thought when I was quoted $117 for the tire rotation & oil change that it didn’t include the discount for the oil change removal, so I was rather surprised at over $200. I will take responsibility for my misunderstanding, but knowing how easy and fast it is to do these specific things that were included in my service, I never would have agreed to have them done for that price. This service center will be getting no more of my business other than providing my free oil changes and warranty service and o my becasue I don’t feel like driving over to their competition that is so much more of a professional atmosphere. AND they got oil on my door panel that appears to have stained my grey leather. Also, went into the sales showroom and was not greeted by anyone for 20 minutes, despite the fact that I was looking at highest end vehicles and potentially interested in the new RDX. Overall, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. More
They don't waste your time! I shopped around for tires and Acura of Columbus was surprisingly competitive. The person i spoke with offered to provide a loaner vehicle as soon as i mentioned scheduling around my work hours. When i got there i just dropped off the car with a valet person, walked in the first door and in less than 5 minutes i was walking out with a (free of charge) 2018 Acura loaner key and got to work at my normal time. Jami was awesome. Picking up was equally seamless... just drove the loaner to the valet, walked in, paid the bill and one of their people brought the (just washed) car to the door for me to jump in and drive off. Don't think I've ever had to spend so little time waiting and messing with administrative stuff as i did with this visit. Easily worth the extra $50-100 over what the bargain tire shops were going to charge! More
Quick oil chanage I took my 2017 RDX in for its second oil change. I scheduled the appointment for 8am, the first appointment of the day. My car was ready in about 30 minutes with a free car wash. Todd went over the results of the inspection in a professional manner and I was on my way. About as painless as service can be. Everyone there is friendly and efficient. The waiting area is spacious with seating near a TV or away from the TV whichever you prefer. Coffee and other drinks are provided along with some snacks. More

Timely, Thorough. Jami in my experience has been thorough, responsive and things get done right the first time. I needed to get a key made for our 2010 TSX, and on the Jami in my experience has been thorough, responsive and things get done right the first time. I needed to get a key made for our 2010 TSX, and on the way in got a low pressure indicator light on the dash. I called Jami, and they checked out the tires (I had a nail), brakes, (which I had asked them to do-which didn’t need work right now), and recommended a radiator flush, which I had them do, and was out of there in less than an hour and a half-which I was super pleased with. My car was washed too. Great experience! More
