Unscheduled service I noticed a problem with my TLX after the last service. The was a whining sound that appeared around 40 mph. I suspected it was tire noise since the tires had been rotated at the B1 service. Several weeks later I requested a service check. No problem service was scheduled for the next day. A technician drove the car and had all bearings checked all was good. Confirmed it was tire noise and put my mind at ease. More

I am overwelmed with graditude, I am extremely happy. I leased my 2017 Acura RDX after a car accident and most likely going through PSD syndrome. I had specific conversation's and thought I new what I purchased. My color was not on the lot so another was not brought in for me. Do to keeping the price and payment in my range I think there was some miscommunication. I only starting to realize things were missing I thought I had on my car as I started asking questions on how to make it work. I was so upset that finding out I did not have the car I purchased. The service manager Larry asked me to make a list of all my concerns when I brought it in to do my oil change. He called me and asked me to have a meeting with them. I met with Heather, the General Manager; The Sales Manager, Brian; Larry the service Manager and Jon in the service department. They really listened to me. I had a better understanding of my car and all the options I have on my car that just needed help with settings and continued classes to help me understand how to change the settings. They took into account my other concerns and we came to an agreement. I am very grateful for the time and attention the staff took to resolve my concerns. I would recommend Acura of Columbus on 161 and 33. Ask for Ben, He helped me find my car and was very patient with me. Thank you, Darlene Stalter More
