I appreciated the service department completing the work that day without an appointment. While a loaner vehicle was not available, they provided me with a shuttle ride and the driver (Ed) noticed that where the towing company left my car, one wheel up was up on a curb. He immediately stopped and called for help to have it properly parked with all 4 wheels on the ground so the suspension would not be overstressed. Just another example of the detail to service provided by Acura Columbus. More

This time I found out that the previous service recommendations had been deleted due to a new system that the dealership had installed. After getting a B1 service, which includes oil change, tire rotation and brake caliper service, I realized that I had just had the front brakes redone about six months ago. After talking to the manager, he agreed that there should have been some consideration taken into account for the recent service and offered a refund or credit on my account. It just would have been nice to have the service team bring it up instead of having to ask, but quality of work has never been an issue. More
