Acura Of Pembroke Pines

I have a brand new mdx and the audio car play disconnects and connects. Service department can’t find the issue and keep saying car play works as expected. First time I took the car they said they change a c and connects. Service department can’t find the issue and keep saying car play works as expected. First time I took the car they said they change a connector something like that and Second time I took the car they said they run a system check and update and that nothing is wrong. Unfortunately I am the one driving the car and still not able to hear what I want or speak on phone calls because it keeps disconnecting. Very disappointing!!!!!! More

I brought my car to fix an oil leak and vibration when the car change gears. They suggested to replace the valve cover seals and clean the throttle. After I got my car back, now when my car is in gear the the car change gears. They suggested to replace the valve cover seals and clean the throttle. After I got my car back, now when my car is in gear the rpm fluctuates between 700 to 500 all the time. When I called they told me that the manifold need to be replaced. When I brought my car didnt have that issue. I brought the car for second time back apparently they cleaned the throttle again and updated the computer but my car doing the same issue and now my car still smells like is burning oil. I will say that the repairs were unsatisfactory. I talked to the service manager and at the end of our conversation he mentioned because is an old car that happened due to a malfunction. More
