Very pleased with the treatment I received. There was what appeared to be a transmission problem which was thoroughly investigated. When the problem could not be reproduced, my car was returned There was what appeared to be a transmission problem which was thoroughly investigated. When the problem could not be reproduced, my car was returned cleaned and vacuumed without any changed. Fantastic!! More

Services advisor Mike Grasso at Acura of Pembroke Pines is the man from his professionalism, going above and beyond to get the job done. He even issued me a loner while waiting for the parts to come in to is the man from his professionalism, going above and beyond to get the job done. Honestly, I was thinking about switching to another vehicle brand name/model but Acura kept my service due to their striping hard work and dedication plus that loaner they gave me was nice maybe looking for an upgrade pretty soon. Jean is the Best. He takes care of his customers. I had the experience of other staff via phone, not very thorough with support especially when there is a great need. He takes care of his customers. Not enough attention to details or specific assistance that I’m accustomed to.There needs to be a review of the over site given to the team that complete the actual repairs for vehicles. What systems are in place for monitoring the accuracy of work completed. More
