Horrible. Customer service I have never been more disappointed in a service in my life. Wasted a whole day of my time and than gave me an attitude about it. Never was offered compensation or even a sorry for wasting my time, GM didn’t know I could hear him talking rude to the salesman and about my situation that they cased. Awful. They offered me a complementary detailed when I bought my lease. I went the first time and they said I was supposed to make an appointment when Migue They offered me a complementary detailed when I bought my lease. I went the first time and they said I was supposed to make an appointment when Miguel (the seller) told me that I could stop by at any moment. I went a second time and they did a regular car wash and we waited more than four hours inside the dealer and no one told us that the car was ready after 15 minutes. There was no accountability and no options given to fix the problem. Left the dealer completely disappointed of their customer service. I will NEVER buy any other car from them… or recommend the Acura Pembroke pines yo any or my friends or family members More
