I might’ve spoken too soon! Acura needs me to bring my car in to complete the certification and they’re not able to give me a loaner car. According to the sales manager, Mercury does not insure a loaner cars. I spoke to Mercury insurance and they assured me that they do. I need my car for work and it is a huge inconvenience.
