Went for an oil change and they had all the wrong information with my car bin number. I gave all the correct information to be entered in the system but when picking up my car the wrong information w information with my car bin number. Very disappointed with this service department and in the technician and the service advisor. I was told my tire was dangerously low and needed immediate attention, and was offered a replacement for 250 doll technician and the service advisor. I was told my tire was dangerously low and needed immediate attention, and was offered a replacement for 250 dollars for 1 tire, I told the advisor thank you but no. When I went to Firestone the salesman cautioned me that I was changing my tires prematurely and at the moment it was not needed. Since both tires are at 5/32. Honesty is not the #1 priority of this service team. After confronting Rayon the service advisor about it he tried to lie to me in my face saying I wasn’t reading it correctly even though I showed him with a depth gauge and the Firestone review the tires were fine. More
