I reserved my car weeks before it was available. Upon arrival I spent about 3 days asking about what special offers there were, and Oscar ignored my every question. No explanation on options, not even the car itself. Then turns out he lied about the mileage allowance. After I took the car, I had to get the truth about the details from the finance guy. I reached out to Oscar 2 days ago and crickets. What is the point about lying to your customers? It’s really bad business. My car was delivered with water spots, the inside and smudge marks all over it. This will be my first and only transaction with this dealership. More
