The dealership for the most part is excellent in welcoming a customer. The service department does an excellent job. Yet on this particular visit, I am not happy with all the work, as I had an oil welcoming a customer. The service department does an excellent job. Yet on this particular visit, I am not happy with all the work, as I had an oil change, but the reservoir for the windshield was not filled. Can that be explained? Also, the car was washed sloppily.
