Greeted as soon as I parked my car by Karol Reed my sales person. Extremely professional answered all my questions. I felt super comfortable felt at home. Camilo was my finance guy. He explained everything I was signing. He made me feel comfortable. Felt at home with these Three guys would differently Recomended Acura if Pembroke Pines to everyone. Karol showed me all the features my new 2022 MDX has. I will definitely be back just to say hi to them and take them donuts and coffee. ☺️ It was a very smooth processes. Excellent service, as usual. I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time. I have a service plan, and my car was ready before the payment was processed. My only comment- some employees were walking around with their facemasks loose or partially hanging. This can be expected from customers and can be difficult to enforce, but I wish the employees took it more seriously, it just doesn't make a good example. More
