Very impressed with the service I received from Acura of Pembroke Pines. Called to get initial pricing over the phone (worked with Dino Liebro) and was very happy with the price. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment I was greeted within the first 2 minutes. They introduced me to Neville. He was rude and did not explain anything. He entered my vehicle and wrote some not greeted within the first 2 minutes. They introduced me to Neville. He was rude and did not explain anything. He entered my vehicle and wrote some notes down came back inside , silence, he was on the computer , printed out documents and told me to sign . literally just said the word sign and handed me the pen . I asked politely what was wrong with the car and what I was signing for . Very rudely answered , in a mocking tone, I don't know you have to sign in order know what is wrong and it is Saturday we are busy and there people in front of you waiting . He didn't even answer the question , I could've been just as rude back but I just wanted to leave so I signed and left . Thankfully Ron saved the day he introduced himself and was very nice explained the situation thoroughly and gave me an idea how long it will take. That was good customer service . Thank you Ron for your nobility. More

I had a great experience. I arrived at 9:08am and the car attendant greeted me within the first 2-3 minutes and a gentleman ushered into the waiting area. My Car advisor Jean came out a few minutes later and attendant greeted me within the first 2-3 minutes and a gentleman ushered into the waiting area.
