As usual, Jordan excels in customer service. I don't own an Acura anymore, but still come to their dealership for oil changes because of their quality of service and timely manner. Jordan was an excellent service adviser! He was attentive during the check-in process, provided priority and rationale for repair completion and communicated consistently. My only issue with this service dep during the check-in process, provided priority and rationale for repair completion and communicated consistently. My only issue with this service department (and the reason I deducted 1 star) is the inefficient, slow and tedious loaner car process. This process should not take 20 minutes to complete. It is in need of improvement. More
