The service representatives (in this case it was Neville) are always friendly, knowledgeable and explain very clear what will be done to my car and what will they be looking at. The only thing here I would suggest, is that you guys should offer a shuttle service, I work nearby and find it more convenient to go to work than to wait on location. More

All of our friends were impressed with both the interior and the exterior. I noticed a small scratch in the rear bumper that was to be repaired the next time we were in the area as we live midway down the Keys. Turned out to be several months later but the Service Dept. did a beautiful job. Wouldn't even know it was there. They even touched up a couple little scratches at no extra charge. More
