Always a problem I went for the B1 service, and I was told I had to wait 90 min and ended up being almost 3 hours. Last time I had to leave the car for a repair and t I went for the B1 service, and I was told I had to wait 90 min and ended up being almost 3 hours. Last time I had to leave the car for a repair and they gave me a dirty loaner, not mentioning I had to wait 1 hour. I'm not happy at all with this dealer service, but since I have all my car services included in my lease, I'm stuck with them. More

Flat tire repair Maintenance portion was good; but the car wash has been consistently horrible. My cat was still wet and dirty!!!
