Recent Experience at Acura of Pembroke Pines On June 4, 2019 I visited Acura of Pembroke Pines for the first time. After this first experience, I am certain that I will visit again. The staff w On June 4, 2019 I visited Acura of Pembroke Pines for the first time. After this first experience, I am certain that I will visit again. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and attentive. The General Manager, Larry, is amazing and the title fits him 100%. For only meeting him for the first time, it felt like I knew him for years. The level of comfort and ease that was displayed made me feel at home and extremely welcomed. And the same goes for the Senior Sales Consultant, Ryan. Ryan assisted me with the utmost level of professionalism. He took the time to really find the perfect car for me. While although I only visited Acura of Pembroke Pines to take a look at cars, I ended up leaving with a brand new leased ILX the same day due to the amazing efforts from Larry and Ryan. These gentlemen worked their magic! The Finance Director, Doug, made the paperwork process extremely easy and made me comfortable in knowing that I am in good hands with Acura of Pembroke Pines. It was a great experience and I cannot wait to visit again to renew my lease. I recommend Acura of Pembroke Pines to everyone as I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Much Needed Update Due to fantastic reviews of the 2019 RDX we decided to switch from Audi and Lexus to Honda's up scale brand Acura. The 2019 RDX lives up to its revie Due to fantastic reviews of the 2019 RDX we decided to switch from Audi and Lexus to Honda's up scale brand Acura. The 2019 RDX lives up to its reviews and we love the car. Thant being said the service department needs an upgrade. We found the service department to be under par. When driving in for service we had to hunt for our designated service writer. The entrance was around the corner of the building and not very well marked if at all. We were told the the service writer would be with us shortly and we should wait in the waiting area which was not what we we call upscale. Once we connected with the service writer and explained why we had brought the car in, we were offered a loaner. We were told to go across the entrance drive way to an extremely small free standing pre construction like cubicle where we had to wait outside as there was another customer already in there and there was certainly no room for anyone else. We had asked the service writer when we should return and were told after 2pm. We returned to the dealership after 3:30pm to find out that nothing had been done to the vehicle even though we pointed out exactly what and where the problem was and even stuffed a bright green rag to stop the rattle and mark the location of the problem. We were told the the technician couldn't find the rattle as he never removed the rag! We live completely on the other side of town and a little communication from the dealership would have made a world of difference in time and inconvenience. When returned the following day to pick up the vehicle it was returned to us with bird droppings rolling down the side and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Coming from other top of the line dealers of our past vehicles this was a huge disappointment. More
