Very disorganized in many respects. My cosigner said that much of his contact with the dealership was disorganized. In my case, the transfer of the cars was a disaster. When I got to dealership I was told that Giovanni Vargas had an emergency and was not available. Jorge jumped into his place and transferred the license plate to the new car and said you are ready to go. With that I asked for help in taking decals from my old car and a sun pass and a telephone holder which was done without a problem. At that time I asked if there were any papers. Nobody knew anything and I was asked who my contact was. I told them it was Campbell and I at least needed a copy of the new registration with the vin no. so I could notify the insurance company. Eventually they brought out a single copy of the registration. No other papers. I then asked if they needed my title and they said yes so I dropped the title on GIOs desk unsigned. After that I ASKED for help to install my IPHone for bluetooth and Jorge showed me the tech board and installed my IPhone. I had to ask for this. Jorge then got my wife some coffee but nothing else was said to me and I looked at the car and saw many areas where the paint was chipped. The car was under a dark carport and when I got home I noticed a scrape on the rear bumper which had been touched up with the wrong paint color. I was also told by Gio that I would get a full tank of gas and my gas range was 100 miles. I have never been as disappointed with the attention I got in this dealership compared to any others I have ever dealt with. I will expect that there will be contact after this review and will wait to hear from you as soon as possible. More
