Lucas Perez was the one who helped me with the service on my vehicle. He was thorough and told me how much everything was going to cost and helped me with my battery one day and then helped me with my brakes my vehicle. I do want to mention, though, that the ladies at the cashier were not as friendly and one was on the phone with her mother while I was trying to pay. It does not bode well for good customer service if you keep people waiting while you are making a personal phone call. This keeps happening every time I have my car serviced. The rest of the team work hard and it will be nice if the front desk personnel would work on being professional as the rest of the team. More

I am very happy with my service advisor Emilio. I am also very happy with the loaner Department. I am even happy with the service that was performed though it took a couple of months to obtain the I am also very happy with the loaner Department. I am NOT at all happy with two things: 1) the fact that I had a hungry salesman call me about "my vehicle being in service" and pushing for me to upgrade with the new year coming up! Nonsense! If that is what's going to happen from now on while visiting your service department, I will go elsewhere! 2) Someone - apparently while servicing my vehicle - completely BROKE my smartphone wireless charger and holder! See attached pics... I trust that this will be escalated to someone who will take care of it even though my service advisor asked for me to get a quote. It has also become impossible to remove the broken pieces as it is defacing the faceplate of the vehicle which now also needs to be replaced. Please advise! I've been at this dealership several times before and never had issues like this. This is over the coarse of 3 seperate visits over the past 6 weeks and my experience has been horrible. Our advisor wa never had issues like this. This is over the coarse of 3 seperate visits over the past 6 weeks and my experience has been horrible. Our advisor was with Kevin G. The first visit was for the brake sensor. It was just engaging like when driving into the garage or on a road with no other vehicle. After 3 hours I had to ask him for an updated. He had to get back to me and then he said they couldn't find anything wrong with the ABS but recommended work for the fuel injector and transmission. After a month we were in a near collision accident and discovered that the blind spot sensors were not working correctly. I made another appt and I made it with another advisor. That advisor redirected us back to Kevin. The second visit took 6+ hours where he had them look at the brakes again and didn't have them address the issue with the sensors regarding the blind spot. Kevin was driven in thr Acura where he saw how the blind spot sensors were not functioning correctly. We brought the car back 2 days later to look at the sensors. After another 6+ hours he said the sensors were all testing correctly and that the technician had no recommendations. Mind you we had to call him every 3 hours or so to get an update on the car or if they found anything. After 3 visits over 15+hours even though he saw the issues there is no recommendation? You were my goto dealership. We drove 40 min each way to go to your dealership. I helped my mother purchase a car with you as well. Acura of Pembroke Pines this is one of the worst experiences I've had with a service center and my car still has issues More
