Telling me to “just bring the car back” within 72 hours as if that’s a simple task is incredibly dismissive and unhelpful—especially when that policy was never mentioned during the sale or in any of our conversations afterward. Yes, the car is 12 years old and sold AS IS—but I trusted your dealership's word and inspection process, and I expected more integrity. I noticed the tapping sound within hours of buying the car and took the responsible step of contacting you right away. The issue was diagnosed the very next day and the repair estimate came in at $1,100. I didn’t demand money upfront—I gave your team the chance to make it right. Instead, you called the shop, confirmed the issue, and still chose to do nothing. This isn’t just about a repair bill—it’s about how a dealership stands behind their sales. You were more than happy to take full price for the car, but the second something went wrong, that professionalism vanished. I’m posting this so other buyers, especially those who don’t live nearby, understand what they’re walking into.
