We brought in our certified pre-owned 2022 Acura MDX due to ongoing audio disruptions from the infotainment system; at times the audio would cut out completely, and the screen would even shut off altogether. Jacob not only listened carefully to our concerns but also ensured every detail was accurately relayed to the technician, including the video we had captured showing the issue as it occurred. This level of attention to detail and Jacob’s commitment to fully communicating our experience directly resulted in the problem being completely resolved. It is truly refreshing to experience this kind of customer service; not only from a dealership but from someone as professional and dedicated as Jacob. It speaks volumes about the effort Acura of Orange Park puts into selecting team members who genuinely care about their customers. The Dealership in general is a terrible place to do business with and should be truly skipped over. What’s even worse is the threatening behavior of the GM Nadi Malek. If you complain about this person, he will instantly go to the race card and play the victim. Nadi Malek called me 6 times within 30 seconds of leaving the dealership and left a message that was completely unprofessional. After the 6th call he was blocked and Nadi decided to try to call from a different number, again that number was blocked. Then Nadi decided texting would be a good idea and decided to threaten myself and my family with lawyers as he harassed us constantly. Mr. Nadi, it is absolutely absurd and rude to do what you did and you have been reported. Your threats are heard and disgusting. Now to get to the actual dealership itself, we went there again to look at a ZDX, we never got to touch it, drive it, hear about it, or anything else. We where thrown numbers which where insane to say the least and when trying to leave we where followed to our truck by numerous sales people including the sales manager. This place seems pretty insane to work with and seeing the ratings of 1.3 on BBB and the hundreds of 1 star reviews, I am glad we will never do business here. Telling me to “just bring the car back” within 72 hours as if that’s a simple task is incredibly dismissive and unhelpful—especially when that policy was never mentioned during the sale or in any of our conversations afterward. Yes, the car is 12 years old and sold AS IS—but I trusted your dealership's word and inspection process, and I expected more integrity. I noticed the tapping sound within hours of buying the car and took the responsible step of contacting you right away. The issue was diagnosed the very next day and the repair estimate came in at $1,100. I didn’t demand money upfront—I gave your team the chance to make it right. Instead, you called the shop, confirmed the issue, and still chose to do nothing. This isn’t just about a repair bill—it’s about how a dealership stands behind their sales. You were more than happy to take full price for the car, but the second something went wrong, that professionalism vanished. I’m posting this so other buyers, especially those who don’t live nearby, understand what they’re walking into. But the rest of them seem to be the typical weird high pressure sales people you think of. It's a dealership that focuses on new vehicles while acting like a used car sales lot. Took them almost the entire 30 days to pay off my vehicle. No communication the entire time, had to make another payment on the trade in they bought. I'm sure I'll be compensated. I wasn't happy with the price I paid nor the extras I had no interest in that they didn't discuss with me. I drove 250 miles to come see this car and for the most part they twittled their thumbs till the last second when it was getting late and then rushed me through all the paperwork. Happy I got the car just felt dirty. More
