I have an Acura Care Extended Warrantee and my MDX also needed differential oil change out. I described some symptoms I had been observing lately and Ryan said they would be checked out during servicing. needed differential oil change out. He later called to inform me Acura would be changing out my transmission, some motor mounts, and CV boots. I am really appreciative that Acura showed the willingness to proceed under warrantee without any hassle. I am very high on Acura. Thanks again. More

I appreciate the ability to describe what needs to be done, although sometimes it is a little overwhelming when it comes to the price. I appreciate the understanding and working with me with what I can done, although sometimes it is a little overwhelming when it comes to the price. I appreciate the understanding and working with me with what I can get done and afford at the moment, not that I don't plan to get done all that is suggested but maybe just not all at once. Life is a budget, although our government doesn't believe in one. Anyway I appreciate the service and keeping me as the customer happy and being served with snacks, loaner car when needed and other things that make the experience a little less hassle. Thank you. Although the sales and finance department were substandard if you require to have your car serviced then Vince is the man to see. Unfortunately I had to visit the service department at the Acu substandard if you require to have your car serviced then Vince is the man to see. Unfortunately I had to visit the service department at the Acura dealership because the vehicle I purchased (only had for 3 weeks -2010 TSX) had issues. The transmission and various fluids had to be replaced. I would say a serious issue for such a newer vehicle. Anyhow,I had to leave my vehicle for 5 days for the repairs. Vince was my service representative and he took exceptional care of me as he had a loaner car ready and kept me informed every step of the way (more than I can say for the finance and sales department-see other review I posted). To be fair in light of the negative experience I have had so far with this dealership I was thoroughly impressed with the entire service department especially with the thoroughness and level of customer service Vince displayed. The dealership should recognize the importance of their employees projecting a professional image to customers and should be consistent as a whole not just one department. Way to go Vince and way to malke a positive out of a negative experience!! More
Paul and Darren are very good at what they do. Paul can be a bit pushy and melodramatic - but bottom line is, he wants the customer to be happy walking out the door.
