Dealing with Fred Peralta was a good experience. He knew the product (RDX) well, took time with us and allowed a sufficient test drive. Ryan was prompt in meeting me when i came in (as is always the case in the service department). He was friendly and asked a number of questions when i told him what was wrong so that they would have t always the case in the service department). I have gone to Acura of Peoria for service or when there is a problem with my TL. I made an appointment with Vince Hancock to see if one of the motor mounts was broken but it was worn not broken.
