Ryan was prompt in meeting me when i came in (as is always the case in the service department). He was friendly and asked a number of questions when i told him what was wrong so that they would have t always the case in the service department). I have gone to Acura of Peoria for service or when there is a problem with my TL. I made an appointment with Vince Hancock to see if one of the motor mounts was broken but it was worn not broken. If there is a problem then Vince will explain what is wrong with my car and and how long it will take to fix the problem. Everyone was courteous and efficient in the service department. Also, they will wash your vehicle if you want them to after service has been completed. More

Vince Hancock has really gone out of his way over the past 5 years to take great care of my 2002 Acura MDX whenever it has needed service.
