Simplifies the buying experience making it easy John Lozano (likes to be called J Lo) made my walk-in experience very straight forward and easy to understand between the different Acura models. I am John Lozano (likes to be called J Lo) made my walk-in experience very straight forward and easy to understand between the different Acura models. I am not a technical computer freak but he was able to sort out the difference between the characteristics of the latest computerized features so that it was very easy to understand when they were used and how to activate them. Then when I was on the test drive he taught me how to activate those features so that I could see how they performed under actual conditions while I'm driving. Following that he provided added value to help me get the paperwork whereby I could trade my car with my daughter in another state and use her car as a trade in Thanks J Lo More
