This is my second experience with Alex and he is a pleasure to deal with because he makes the process actually fun. Thanks to Ben for supporting Alex's negotiations to help make the customer satisfied. The leadership skills that Brijen Dave brings to this dealership is obvious from the minute you walk into the showroom. His employees are happy, friendly and very knowledgeable. It is a very calming atmosphere. This purchase was a 2017 TLX with the 4 Cylinder 8 speed. All of my past cars have been TL's with 6 cylinders except my 1998 TL 2.5 with the 5 cylinder. By far this TLX is the smoothest, most quiet and comfortable purchase to date. I was a little apprehensive to purchase a 4 cylinder, but I am really glad I did. At 70 miles per hour avg speed, I am getting over 40 miles per gallon using Econ mode, and 25 MPG in the city without really noticing less HP than the 6 cylinder. Thank you Acura of Peoria for a job well done. I will be back! More

I met with Alex who was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy...along with being patient. He worked with me and also had me meet with Paul, Sales Manager who was fair and reasonable and put a good deal together for me. I bought another RDX and already know that I made the right choice. I think the RDX is on equal ground and quality with Lexus and Mercedes midsize SUV's...but costs are much less ! Craig A More

Bad customer service Just had the worst experience ever with a service center and dealership. Transmission in my 2016 RDX is skipping very badly, was told it is not Acura Just had the worst experience ever with a service center and dealership. Transmission in my 2016 RDX is skipping very badly, was told it is not Acura of Peoria's problem but Corporate Acura. They let me walk out with a vehicle they know will break down again.Matthew was great in the service dept. but the service manager (so mad I can't or refuse to remember his name) was a complete jerk!! Do not recommend buying from this dealership!! More
