Did not receive inspection video. washer solvent empty. Tires not rotated. All were marked completed on paperwork. Waited over 20 minutes after vehicle returned to lot. Cashier finia washer solvent empty. Tires not rotated. All were marked completed on paperwork. Waited over 20 minutes after vehicle returned to lot.
