Rough start for sure. Truck I was scheduled to test drive and drove 20 miles to see was taken out of town by the service manager. However your sales team showed genuine concern and we’re apologetic. The convinced me to come back and give them a second chance. They were polite and professional and promised to make it right. I agreed to come back. I am very pleased to say they kept every word they promised. They treated me with respect and fairness and made it right! Now that’s service. It’s all about how you react when something goes wrong. Advantage Chevrolet demonstrated curtesy and professionalism and did what they said the were going to. That called integrity.
