Get this message to Advantage, “Back off with the satisfaction surveys!!” I got like 5 from different sources. Plus four phone calls. I answered one and I keep getting these. Stop, just stop sendin satisfaction surveys!!” I got like 5 from different sources. Plus four phone calls. I answered one and I keep getting these. Stop, just stop sending. It was an oil change, it was fine. Quit asking. This is coming from a Quality Director who understands surveys, and their importance.
