On March 31st, as always, I had another exceptional experience servicing my 2018 Chevy Trax at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. Jimmy Mendoza and Ray Banaszak Jr did an outstanding job in keeping m experience servicing my 2018 Chevy Trax at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. Jimmy Mendoza and Ray Banaszak Jr did an outstanding job in keeping me in the loop as to what was transpiring as I had my car serviced. My service technician Bob did a very thorough job in explaining what he encountered in doing his seven-point inspection of my car. I was able to follow along step by step with the Iservice video which Advantage Chevrolet provides to it's costumers. UNFORTUNATELY STILL WAITING FOR REIMBURSEMENT & RESPONSE FROM HODGKINS HEADQUARTERS SINCE 12/18/24! Desmond & Krystal Roberts Advantage Group Owners, deserve a ZERO for ZERO contact and ZERO help in my SAF FROM HODGKINS HEADQUARTERS SINCE 12/18/24! Desmond & Krystal Roberts Advantage Group Owners, deserve a ZERO for ZERO contact and ZERO help in my SAFETY/Warranty/Title laws VIOLATED ILLEGALLY due to improper inspection and sale at Bolingbrook Chevrolet location under FTCI/IL 15day/500mi Powertrain & Title requirements & rights! They deceptively also offered a full purchase refund against FTC/Il guidelines as a dealers Advantage is reselling, NOT fixing and BTW why would I be offered anything if they did nothing wrong? After my request they held my title imo MALICIOUSLY OVER 3 months since my CASH purchase NEVER titling in my name I paid for, VIOLATING ILLINOIS 20 day laws!!! These severe violations required complaints with Government agencies as well as ILSOS Police and a VISA dispute "resolved in our favor" 2/3/25 of $2001.01 for paid Title/Doc fees I had to to complete at my expense and time of $674.03 or $2675.04 total. I have asked the owner for response since 12/18/24 even though he is aware! BEWARE, I as many have had complaints of bribes for a "FAKE" 5 Star reviews & numerous CONSISTENT documented & witnessed deceptive practices! EVEN MORE UNETHICAL, THE OWNER/Desmond Roberts is fully aware being a board Director for the Auto industry, ignoring complaints like mine illegally VIOLATED by the laws he is aware and is to uphold!!! I have far more time involved in my reimbursement request and foolishly so does Mr Roberts, but bad business decisions are not my concern. I simply want what I paid & am entitled to under my rights. If the Roberts answer & honor my reimbursement for the laws they have VIOLATED I will donate $500 from this reimbursement to local charity, I am NOT in pursuit of profit just principle! I am WARNING all to beware of reviews as I and many others have been offered $25 Gift Cards VIOLATING FTC & Review guidelines as well as Charity and boards to look really good doing TRULY bad, BEWARE! ATTENTION: 4/16 I sent an EMAIL as requested by the Roberts of Hodgkins Chevrolet to their *1 Star Rated lawyer Joe Nichele who in the past with over 20 attempts of resolution said it best "good Luck" and hung up! My response was to be mailed IMMEDIATELY the request for fees and response that has had NOT 1 answer from the Owner/Desmond Roberts since 12/18/24! I will update if they refund the fees for services they have never provided under Il law!!! More
